When you input your address and details about the home, the program provides a report of recent property sales in your market area. Your "market analysis" is based on a general look at neighborhood values that may include low priced foreclosures in very poor condition. This information has no practical value.

Who Benefits from the On-line Service
Your contact information will be forwarded to a Realtor who pays a subscription fee to receive the names of everyone who makes an inquiry within a given zip code area. The subscribing Realtor now has your name as a "lead" to call. You are not protected by the Do-Not-Call list, because you initiated the contact.
